How do ensure there are no mistakes on my invitations?
Please check the artwork carefully for spelling and grammatical errors, font size and spacing, time, date and venue location prior to approving the digital proof. We recommend asking a second person to read over your proofs to ensure errors are not overlooked.
B Wedding Invitations will not proofread for spelling or grammatical errors, and will print the artwork as per the latest digital proof.
For this reason we always recommend taking your time whilst inspecting your digital proofs, because once you have made your final approval we are unable to make any changes to your order and do not take responsibility for any written errors.
How long does it take to receive a proof?
You will have your first digital proof within 1 - 2 business day of placing your order.
The proofs will be available when you login to our website, under My Orders section. Our system automatically sends emails and SMS messages (where available) to notify you that your proofs are ready.
Can I make changes to digital proof?
You can make changes to your digital proof, we offer up to three rounds of digital proofs complimentary with the service. To make changes to your digital proof, please add comments to the designers under each item that requires changes, then hit the ‘Submit edit request’ button at the bottom of the page.
The designers will send you amended proofs within 1-2 business days.
Please note, all changes need to be made to the proof, before approving the layout. Once you have approved your digital proof, we are no longer able to make any changes to your order.
How do I approve the invitation artwork?
When your digital proof is ready for approval, you will receive an email and an SMS (where possible).
You then need to login to your account on our website.
Your proofs will be visible in your account and you will be able to comment and request edits or approve the designs for printing.
How do I track the ordering process?
Email notifications will keep you up to date on your order progress.
You can also track your order status in your ‘My Account’ area on our website.
How does ‘My Account’ Area work?
The ‘My Account’ Area enables you to look at what stage your order is in and also view your most recent digital proof(s). You are also able to leave comments and communicate with the designers.
Can I make changes to my wording before my first proof - will it count as an edit?
If you contact us with the changes needed before your first digital proof has been uploaded, we are able to change your wording and not include this within your three complimentary proofs. If you have already received your digital proof, you can submit an edit request via your digital proofing section in your account.
