Depending on the invitation chosen you are able to customise different elements. 

Below are the elements that can be changed on all of our invitations:
·      Customised layout and printed wording
·      Font styles of your wording
·      Font colour of your text
·      Adding single colour images or symbols
·      Language of the invitation wording 

These elements can be customised for only some invitations: 
·      Background colour theme
·      Printing the images in full colour
·      Guest name printing
·      Foil stamping
·      Back Layer colour
You can also check this for yourself on your selected invite by clicking on ‘personalise now’. All the available options will be presented to you, and if there are extra costs involved they will be clearly listed.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the colour of our ribbons.
These are pre-made, and for the cost included on our website we are unable to change the colour or the ribbon style.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to customise the laser die cut elements of the invitation for the price listed on the website. These elements are either pre-cut in large quantities, or have been pre-made/applied to the design to reduce our costs and turnaround time.

If you have a custom laser cut design, or particular changes you would like to make to one of our laser cut designs, your welcome to contact us. We can then let you know if we are able to accommodate these changes and the additional costs involved.

In some cases, we are able to change the inner paper to another paper type. 

This is depending on the invitation chosen. Our customer service team will be able to help you out with paper type options available for specific invites.

Our designers will work with you to create a tailored design using your personalised wording that you provide. For all of our invitations we can fully customise the wording, font styles, add images, symbols/ monograms and create designs using foreign languages. On most of our invites we can print guest names as well. 

Our design service is included for free. We will draft up digital proofs and you will be able to make edit requests, and we will only proceed with printing once you have approved the designs.

We can completely customise the layout style for all of our invites, and we can use the style from one invite and apply the same format to your preferred design.

You can supply us with the design file in any format, as long as we can open the file we will be able to either use it as is, or recreate it to fit in within our framework format that’s specific to the invitation you are ordering.
If supplying us with the file pls include the fonts that you’ve used throughout the design.

You may upload this file during the personalisation step, or email it to us after placing your order.

Our design service is included as a complementary service; however, an order must be placed before we engage our designers to create your personalised layout.
Rest assured, we never print anything before our customers are 100% satisfied with the layout and design.

Before being able to provide you with a definite answer (or price), we request that you email any supporting images or designs, requirements and quantities to info@B Weddinginvitations.com for one of our team members to evaluate. You will then receive a prompt response outlining any restrictions, prices, further questions etc.

Absolutely! Our designers will work with whatever wording and information that you supply us with, as long as we can fit it all onto your chosen invitation…

The only time that we can’t change wording is if it has been pre-printed, embossed or foiled onto one of our invitation designs. If you are ever unsure about whether something can be changed, please feel free to contact our team with any design enquiries! 

You can supply us with 2 different wording and our designers will create 2 separate designs for you, within the same order. You would still be charged for the total number of invites to get the cheapest unit price. This is a standard feature we refer to as ‘split artwork’, and it's included on our site. When you personalise your wording information, you will be able to select this option and provide us with 2 sets of wording.

There is an additional cost of US$15 for the second set of artwork.
If you require 3 or more different wording layouts, we can certainly accommodate. There is an additional cost of US$15 for each additional set of artworks. For example, if you have 3 sets of wordings, you would be charged US$30.00

The majority of our invites can definitely be suited to events other than weddings. As we completely customise the wording, layout style and fonts we can tailor our invites to suit any event that you may have coming up. 

Just a note, we have a small amount of invites that have some pre printed words like ‘wedding’ and ‘you are cordially invited to’. As it is pre printed we are unable to alter this particular text. 

If you have selected a specific invite, feel free to contact us and we can verify the invite chosen is suitable for your event. 

We can print text in any language you desire, and our designers will assist you as best we can. When you’re providing the artwork, please include a PDF version of your layout in foreign language, and also attach the foreign language font that you used in the layout, to cater for the accents and characters within the language you would like to use.

A one off fee of US$15 would apply to your order when printing with a foreign language.

You are able to order invites without the insert card/ printing at a US$0.45 per item discount rate applies. The delivery timeline is the same slightly shorter, as you skip the digital proofing time. Your order will be ready to ship within 4-6 business days from ordering, and shipping will be a further 3-4 business days.

Please also note that we will still include matching envelopes and seal stickers within this order.
