Do you have matching accessory cards for all of your invitations?
Definitely!
All of our invitation designs have matching accessory cards including the following:

When ordering your chosen invitation design you will also be able to view all of its matching stationary items below the personalisation steps. From there you can select your required items and continue to personalise them along with your invitation.
Does the invitation cost include the matching stationary?
The prices shown on our invitations do not include matching item costs.
All our matching stationery items such as RSVP, Wishing Well cards are all individually priced as listed on the website.
Just scroll down below the invitation image, you will find 10+ types of matching items including enclosure cards (items that you enclose with invitations) and on the day stationery, such as place cards, menu cards etc.
To figure out the exact price, just select your preferred quantity in the dropdown box next to your selected matching item. You may add multiple stationery items into your cart for a total cost summary.
These prices include printing, design, any type of hand assembly that may be required. Items that require envelopes, such as Thank You cards, Save the Dates and RSVP cards also include envelopes.
What do the matching cards look like?
Majority of our matching items are flat cards with a printed pattern that matches the invitations style, laser cut or finishing element. We match the paper stock of our stationery suite as closely as possible to the invitation paper for consistency.
As we custom print these matching items, we don’t have any design restrictions so we can tailor the designs completely to your needs. If you click on the matching item images, you can view the suggested design layout and style, however it is all customisable.
We will draft up digital proofs of your matching stationery suite, and you will be able to make edit requests prior to printing.
Do I also get a digital proof of my accessory cards?
Definitely! You will receive digital proofs of all items that you order through B Wedding Invitations Invitations. These items will not be printed until you view your digital proofs, and make your 100% final approval.
How are the matching items held together?
When you order 2 or more items from a matching stationery suite, we will include a complementary velum pocket. This is a translucent mini pocket that will hold all of your enclosure cards neatly together.
When you order invitation samples from us, we will enclose a sample enclosure card set with this velum pocket as well.
Alternatively, for the majority of our invites, you can purchase additional paper (belly) bands to hold you matching enclosure cards together. These are customisable in colour and size.
Can I add foiling to the matching items?
We are able to foil all our matching items. At additional cost of US$1.15 each, we can custom foil our enclosure cards (RSVP, Wishing Well & Reception cards).
For larger matching items such as Accommodation cards and standard Menu cards the additional cost is US$2.30 each.
Do I have to pay extra for envelopes?
All our invitations, RSVP cards, Save the Dates and Thank You cards include free envelopes.
The only additional cost component would be to print on the envelopes. We can print guest addresses and sender’s address directly on the envelope.
Costs for a sender’s address printing is US$0.20 per envelope and costs for printing your guest’s addresses will be US$0.40 per envelope.
Any extra cost would also apply if you were to upgrade envelopes to a gold, silver, craft or paper option with a special finish. Our gold envelopes are US$0.75 each and our silver and brown craft paper envelopes are US$0.60 each.
Please note that we unfortunately cannot print guest names and addresses on the front of our special envelopes as the ink does not set correctly.
What do your envelopes look like?
Most of our envelopes are an ivory white and have a silk lining inside.
We always include envelopes with our sampling kits, so you know exactly what you’re getting!
Depending on the size and shape of your chosen invitation, some offer the option to upgrade to our ‘special envelopes’ that are available in gold, silver and a brown craft paper. Our gold envelopes are US$0.75 each and our silver and brown craft paper envelopes are US$0.60 each.
Can you print on the envelopes?
We can print the senders address and your guest’s addresses directly onto your envelopes for an additional cost.
Costs for a sender’s address printing is US$0.20 per envelope and costs for printing your guest’s addresses will be US$0.40 per envelope.
How do I provide my guest list for Envelopes?
The best way to provide your guest list to us, is by filling in our Excel spreadsheet template.
You will be able to download this template during the personalisation process of your invitations.
Will my invitations arrive inside their envelopes?
When you receive your order all of your invitations will be assembled and packaged together, all accessory cards will be together, all envelopes together etc. It will then be up to you to place your invitations and accessory cards within their envelopes you, just in case you have any other additives you wish to include.
