PICK YOUR FONT

The font is an important part in designing your invitation as you want it to reflect your wedding style. At B Wedding, we give you the freedom to select your own font and its color as we know how significant it is for it to be in sync with your wedding details and décor.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR WORDING

Select the wording of your invitation from our own collection, which you’re more than welcome to use as inspiration and have amended to your liking, or simply send our designers a preferred alternative.

Our designers will let you know if your desired wording exceeds the character limit of your chosen design and will work with you around this.

PICK YOUR COLOR

PRINTING IN FOREIGN LANUAGE

We understand that you may want to include foreign language within the wording of your invite. To make this possible, we ask of you to send our designers a PDF file of your desired wording. Please note, a once off payment is associated with this.

WORDING OPTIONS

You may decide you want to have two versions of your invitations with different wording – this is known to our designers as split artworks! We are more than happy to accommodate to this request, please note there is an additional cost involved with this.

GUEST NAME PRINTING

If you don’t want to sit there and write down each individual guest name, B Wedding have you sorted. To tie the luxurious look of your invites together, we can print their name on the invite or on a stylish paper band – depending on what invite you’ve ordered.

Once you approve the initial invitation design, you will be required to send us your guest list in the Excel Spreadsheet template you downloaded during your order process.

ENVELOPE PRINTING

For further ease, we can print your guest lists directly onto your envelopes. Simply upload your guest list including names and addresses onto our provided template. Make sure this is all perfect before we put it into production for you.

PRETTY LITTLE DETAILS

Unfortunately, when it comes to the colour and arrangement of the ribbons and Swarovski-style crystals on our wedding invites, we cannot make any changes to this.

GOLD OR SILVER FOILING

Gold or silver wording on our invitations is usually brought to you by state of the art foil stamping techniques and that, unfortunately, cannot be altered as it is a pre-made element of our invitation designs. However, we do have a range of personalized gold foil invitations.
